Obviously you don't know the primary reason a business exists...Businesses do not exist to employ people, businesses exist to make money. No one who treats his business as a 'break-even' propisition will survive the marketplace. You cannot create jobs when you have no ides how to calculate the cost of hiring an employee will be because government wont' keep a set of rules in place long enough to calculate those associated costs before changingf its mind once again. How many businesses do you think are going tobe cutting employees' hours in the future to duck the extra health are costs the government has placed on business? Nothing is free.
