"The NRA oversteps its bounds, however, by heavily implying that widespread firearm confiscation is one of "Obama's proposals."" Actually, we need to be just as willing to get down in the mud as Democrats. If not, we lose....still.

Yup. The left will spout off that Republicans want to steal food out of the mouths of starving children when the republicans want to shrink the growth of the school lunch program. The GOP did that and no children actually starved. There was no memo from the within the Republican party which said they wanted to steal food from the mouths of starving children, but that didn't stop Richard Gephart and his minions from making such a bold and false statement. I think the NRA is right on in pointing out what this memo stated. It's a great indicator of where Obama/Biden want to take us in regards to gun control.

The NRA revealed the memo from within the regime.

No boundaries were overstepped-the regime is the one lying to the American people.

The only problem is that the NRA didn't overstep ANYTHING. The report came out of ****OBAMA'S**** Justice Department. If he actually disagreed or didn't support it, he could fire those responsible, but instead he gave them pay raises. 'Nuff said.

As promised, the National Rifle Association is marshaling its resources to push back against the president's gun control pitch, which the DCCC plans to push during the 2014 midterm elections.  The group has released a new ad highlighting some of the findings and recommendations contained in an internal report buried by President Obama's Department of Justice:

The Associated Press reports on the memo:
