So let me get this straight. If I decide to make a youtube movie, taking my Android camera phone and whipping out a plot copy/pasted out of several articles and basically calling it "Pi ss Muhammad" or something of that nature, then I can get half the middle east go off like a gasoline soaked haystack, in which case my "movie" can be worth millions. Got that.

Rich... Start here: http://shopping.yahoo.com/barbecue-grills/ (Something tells me that wasn't a totally random rant re: BBQ's)
This picture pretty much sums it up... http://tinyurl.com/8ldrddq
You forget two major points. 1. A successful Romney presidency will set Paul Ryan up as the defacto GOP nominee in 2020. Although Ryan's experience may be "tainted" by the realities of the executive office, I don't see him wavering his principles one iota. 2. Ryan's nomination pulled off the same feat that Palin's injection into the race in 2008 did with regard to the pre-tea party conservative base. While the GOP lost some seats in Congress, the GOP based was fired up to run on all cylinders to form the various tea party contingents, routing the dems in 2010. This time around, his nomination will probably be worth about 5 or 10 house seats 2 or 3 senate seats. Bottom line: Firing up the Tea Party is ALWAYS a good thing for the GOP!
I disagree on the item about seeing a lot more constitutional amendments. The Constitution was PRECISELY designed so amendments would be difficult to pass, and rightly so, and with a Conservative agenda across the nation, there would be even less likelihood of the need to pass additional amenments.

If Romney would have made the statement you opined above regarding the London Olympics, then Brits would have REALLY blasted him. It is the British who are overwhelmingly angry at the lack of Olympic security, and if Romney would have done the "Aw, shucks" route you suggested, then he would have been scoured by the British. And from THERE, the Mainstream Media would have taken their cue from the Brits and stated that "Romney is out of touch on the Olympics that he poo-pooed OBVIOUS Olympic discrepencies. And he ACTUALLY RAN an Olympics before? Tsk, tsk, tsk." See how that works?
Please use the accepted word "teat" and not the profanity in your headline. My 11-year old daughter reads Townhall because of the lack of profanity. Thank you.
Thanks, Kira! Great, great take on the issue. The only problem is that you permanently blacklisted yourself from working in Hollywood ever again, but then again, so is any conservative under the age of 40.

That does it. I'm making a huge Buy order for November 5th. That will probably be the last day of the demise of the American economic system for awhile. I'll probably sell a lot of my gold as well.

Actually, "Julia" was an iconic TV show which starred Diahann Carroll. She was the first African American woman that starred in a non-traditional role, from 1968 to 1971. The name of this show was the first thing I thought of when I first saw Obama's socialist dependency girl, and while I can't speak for Carroll, I know damn well her character, Julia Baker, would not have been an Obama supporter, based upon the way she was portrayed by Carrol.
