So, who will be the first to rush out and snap the first photo or digital video of a gay soldier coming home to his lovers arms to place prominently on the front page, or critique on the five o'clock news. I mean, if we are over our prejudice, this should be no problem at all (I wonder why you never see "gay" content on tv in the daytime -- anyone want to posit a theory, or is it obvious.) and I suppose when my 5-year old son asks me why that soldier is kissing another man, I will either have to explain that it is perfectly normal, or be labled a homophobe.
