All one has to do is put up a graph of federal spending as a percent of GDP for each year of the past 100 years. The average is about 19-20 percent. Under Obummer it's about 24%. My friends that's a spending problem. But then again, dimocrats can't read graphs, don't understand the concept of percentages, nor do they understand the concept of GDP (dimocrats- it's an economics term). Ever notice that most dimocrats are just dumb.
