hey deprogrammer - guess you get "size doesn't matter a lot. Is it due to your small pen!s or your small mind? What you describe in your second paragraph is called pragmatism. An ancient technique developed by thinking beings. You should try it sometime. The problem is you guys lost. Americans elected Obama partly on his promise to overhaul the healthcare system. Which he did and it was passed by congress. Is it perfect? no. Do Americans favor the legislation? When given the facts - yes. Has the SC ever overturned a law that congress passed, that affects this many people, that is this political? The answer is no. For them to do so would be "unprecedented". Get it?

One of the highly developed talents of President Barack Obama is the ability to say things that are demonstrably false, and make them sound not only plausible but inspiring.

That talent was displayed just this week when he was asked whether he thought the Supreme Court would uphold ObamaCare as constitutional or strike it down as unconstitutional.

He replied: "I'm confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress."
