The way I look at it is the lack of insight by our politicians. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know an "affirmative action' policy where you launch incompetent people into leadership positions just to be politically correct will eventually not only prevent competent people from holding these leadership roles but geometrically hurt everything they control.

I get annoyed when I see Social Security being called "entitlement" Medicaid is entitlement. I paid into the SS system for 42 years in Medicaid foreigners apply and get free care and pay nothing !

It's simple ! Their are more "have nots" than "haves" so naturally they will vote for those politicians who promise the have nots something for nothing!

I've been teaching in private schools for over 18 years , at the completion of each class I get evaluated by every student and these evaluations go to the school owners. If the evaluations are not adequate I am simply not asked back to teach, so naturally, I keep my skills sharp.
