Obama has followed Bush foreign policy in most tactical matters but Obama's has no coherence, no vision, no goals, no consistency. His instincts are all left wing anticolonial, but most of the professionals at State, the CIA and Defense, give traditional advice. When these conflict, as they always will, he has nothing to fall back on other than his left wing anti colonial mindset that is devoid of real world relevance. Incoherence result.
