"The problem is that Barack It's-Not-My-Fault Obama isn't willing to accept responsibility." That pretty much sums up the situation. If things go well, Obama claims credit, even if he wasn't involved. But if things don't go well, he's not responsible, even if he's been all over it. And the Leftist-liar-media lacks the integrity, personal or professional, to call him out on it.
