as for my chicken...got 4 pounds of chicken thighs soaking in some sweet baby ray's original bbq, added 2 tbs. brown sugar, 1 tbs salt and 1tbs black pepper, 1 tbs minced garlic, 1 clove thin sliced garlic ( it liquifies) and 3 tbs worchestershire sauce....been soaking for 3 days in a freezer bag in the fridge. You can cut the chicken with a spoon

SPAM CASSEROLE

1 (6 oz.) Pkg. macaroni, cooked & drained
1 can Spam, cut up
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. bread or corn flake crumbs

2 tbsp. butter

Combine macaroni, Spam, onion and cheese and put in a greased 2 quart casserole. Mix the soup and milk and pour over the meat mixture. Sprinkle crumbs over all, dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and brown. Serves 6
