The precinct I have managed in Georgia for the last 5 years is a 95% registered democrat precinct. During the 2007 ( 2008 presidential) election we nailed 33-35 double and triple registered voters and had a 75% turnout. ACORN and other entities were all over our precinct and we also had to have the democrat party poll watcher removed for interacting with voters. Votes were 90% for Obama. This year we had a 70% turnout and a lot of new faces. We caught 1 double registered voter that had already voted in another county. Votes were 76% Obama, 20% Romney, 4% Gary Johnson. They also voted 80% for school choice. . We did have to remove the democrat poll watcher again for interfering with the election process. No ACORN offshoot groups this year.

The Supervisor of Elections, Gertrude Walker, had this to say concerning the 141% voter turnout: “They may have had something like that in Palm Beach County, but we’ve never seen that here.”

So maybe Allen West wasn’t crazy to ask for a lock-down on the ballot boxes and machines in this county. According to...
