Black Man Stands Near Polling Place. 1408 comments! :)
And you know the man in the picture is "loitering", how?
The headline still reads 'Panthers' in the plural despite the update that their is one (gasp) Black Panther standing near a polling place not seeming to be doing much of anything. I realize that many of Townhall's writers aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer, but I didn't realize that counting to two was beyond their grasp. Oh well.
To answer your question directly, if people want to embarrass themselves by wearing pointy hoods on their pointy heads, that is their right.
Alice, I really can't get worked up about the fashion statements people make on election day. Keep your hands to yourself, mind your own business (which is what this solitary man appears to be doing) and all is fine. Try to lay a hand on me or get in my way, then things change.
The white sheet and hood was the halloween costume I was referring to. I live and vote in downtown Philadelphia and believe it or not, a black man dressed in winter clothing on a cold day like today is not an unusual or intimidating site. You people sure do get spooked easily.
Good for you sir! Work is character-building.
well said, sir, well said!
He's obviously carrying a weapon, because.....because....well he just must be, right? (eyeroll)
If someone wants to wear their halloween costume to a polling place and minds their own business like this man appears to be doing, I wouldn't be quivering in my boots, no. Do you scare that easy?
I don't see a weapon in the photograph. Do you?
