Gentle Readers, The ' wall of seperation ' between the FBI & Domestic Law Enforcement and the CIA and Foreign Intelligence Services was established in 1975 by the CHURCH COMMISSION led by then Sen. Frank Church, D-ID . Prior to that, there was no problem at all with foreign intelligence services sharing information with Domestic Law Enforcement agencies at all levels, local, state and federal. Most Americans believed even after 1975 that it was permissible to share information. They expected it. There was no problem for the 1st 200 years of our history with this practice, from 1776 - 1975, when the DEMOCRATS IN CONGRESS decided to make it illegal. Sincerely, John Lepant
