Gentle Readers, Dear Mr. Goodman, Excellent column, Sir, but you missed the most important factor, which is the bias in the liberal media. Republicans could craft the best legislation in human history, and the media will blame them for everything wrong and credit the Democrats for everything that goes right. They've been doing it for decades. TOWNHALL is part of the solution to that problem, but Republicans and Conservatives have to take a proactive approach to media management, and work to get their messages to the public and the voters, bypassing the liberal media, if necessary. The Republican Party is in danger of another big loss. This time, they could lose the House of Representatives, giving the Democrats control of both chambers as well as the White House.

The Democratic Party cannot possibly achieve this victory on its own. We are experiencing the slowest recovery in our nation’s history. Economic growth is tepid. The job numbers are awful. Millions of people are out of work precisely because of the policies of the Obama administration.

Ask any employer, any banker, any investor — regardless of party affiliation — and you are likely to hear the same stories. ObamaCare...
