Once again, read the constitution, the various amendments. Then attempt to reconcile that with the current state of our federal government and its relationship to the states.

If millions will be called racist anyway, AT LEAST MAKE IT WORTH IT:

demand an end to all forms of affirmative action
demand an end to all forms of federal welfare
demand defunding of every federal agency with duties premised on race

demand local funding and control of schools

demand that mass transit generate revenue or shut down

Hell, if every discussion is doomed to become about race, the let's talk about it. Openly and honestly acknowledging the facts, impacts, and statistics.

Unfortunately, the fault lines of this nation run along racial lines. Really, if theres a scene like your describing, no matter what the ultimate trigger for chaos (economic collapse or whatever), the sides were chosen before we were born. I'm not saying it's a good thing, it's a tragedy and a result of some ugly history...but to pretend it's not so just because you'd rather it weren't true is unwise.

Now, I feel better about 33% of SCOTUS and 20% of the Senate representing 2% of the population.
