So true. I do not really like Obama and never have. But I cannot cast a vote for a moron like O'Donnell or Mourdock or a shape-shifting liar like Romney. (Exactly how does a moderate, 50s-something governor of the bluest state in the union have a conservative epiphany in his mid-60s and become a neo-con hack?) Until the GOP can bring moderates and liberals back into their tent more people every year are going to write them off. Demographics are going to doom the party.

If you believe that GOP moderates and a "shape shifter" (????!) like Romney aren't good enough for your purist ideology, it is YOU who will be extinct.

If you think that there are enough of you social hard line purists to form your own government, you're whistling past the graveyard. Even a Christian fiscal conservative like me would toss you over the side in a heartbeat.
