What you do outside the 100 foot perimeter is not in question. The only people allowed within the 100 foot perimeter are the judges, clerks and APPOINTED poll watchers. No one else. PERIOD! You, the voter, may not come in and electioneer. The clerks may ASSIST in helping someone vote by explaining how to cast a vote, but are not permitted to cast a vote for the person, not to tell them for whom to vote. What is described is simply illegal and the judge should not have permitted it.
