New Rule: All Teachers Should Be Required to Carry Guns

Seems to me that the US has 2 very good exampes in the world about 'what not to do', yet we keep on trying to do as they do. One example is the economy. We already see Greece and Spain and etc in Europe falling on their faces with entitlement spending and other spending. We see the results. Yet we keep doing it ourselves. We also have examples of survival, namely Israel. The teachers there do carry guns. You do not hear of the same circumstances as this current one in Israel. They have already learned that to keep the peace, they must carry a big stick. we seem to have forgotten that. Whatever the reason, everybody wanted a peaceful society, but they keep forgetting the world is not at peace. Maybe in another 200 years or soooo.

My heart is sick. I feel so sorry for the children who were murdered, as well as the parents and loved ones of the slain kids and teachers at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. All of us here in the U.S.—who still have a soul—pray for those whose lives were just senselessly shattered.

But imagine if at least one teacher (with a concealed weapons permit) had their .40-caliber Glock with them, locked and loaded, when this weed Adam Lanza began his murderous mayhem Friday on the Sandy Hook Elementary School campus. What would have happened differently?
