Read the Constitution, Article I (Sections 8 and 10) and you'll see that ONLY gold and silver coin have EVER been lawful U.S. money. Why on earth do all of you twist and scream so much about one in 10,000 obvious violations of law by Congress, when 75% of everything FedGov does today is ILLEGAL!?

The GOP and Democrat parties are two flavors of criminogenic racketeers. Obamacare is no more illegal than Social Security, think about it. No more illegal than Medicare. And certainly no more illegal than Congress letting a crime cartel using the 'Federal Reserve' brand, print paper and call it "gold and silver coin", right?
