I think that's why hunting and especially archery are becoming more popular. Men are tired of being dumped on and the younger ones are hitting the forests and fields. You don't need a back ground check for a bow, and arrows are plentiful.
I wonder how much credibility people give to Motor Trend now. After all, the Volt was the"Car of the Year" in 2011. It seems people use their intellect more than the environmentalists wish since they won't buy a vehicle that the cost of repairs may result in more than the original purchase price. Maybe if the technology comes around with a cheap battery pack, and no over inflated hype to sell these things, they might be more accepting. However, with a limited range versus the need for retention of a petroleum fueled motor makes the whole thing seem like smoke and mirrors. A two car family may be the norm now. However, a "primary" car that seems to be limited to mostly urban driving doesn't sell well in the center of the country.
Oh hush. They can't define "Fact".
As they say, "An armed society is a polite society".
Just another mouth piece for the Left. You would think an educator would be versed in the Constitution and the origins of the Amendments. These are exactly the kind of people who would allow our republic to sink into a Socialist/Despotic quagmire. By the way, We have a "Democratic Republic", not a "Democracy".
Any woman that thinks for herself is beautiful in my eyes.
The problem with the Left is every person of color MUST act, think, and be, a Leftist or Liberal footstool. Anyone who is of a minority is ridiculed or ostracized to shut them up in order to keep the others from bolting the Democrat Plantation. This is pure racial discrimination in it's purist form. Hitler would be proud. That's the same way he got all of Germany to go along with trying to exterminate the Jews.
“Journalists should not be at legal risk for doing their jobs. Our focus must be on those who break the law. That is why I have called on Congress to pass a media shield law to guard against government overreach.” Excuse me! isn't that "IN" the Constitution? Why pass another law? Oh I get it, it would add another layer to an already top-heavy bureaucratic quagmire.

"If saving kids was their real motivation, liberals would have long ago allowed the police to end the daily slaughter in Democrat-owned war zones like Chicago, Detroit and Washington, D.C." Very true. Especially since the most dangerous cities in the country are either Democrat controlled, have anti gun laws, or both.
The 5.56 is a round that's designed to wound, not kill, in the same way the 3030 is, or even the .303. It was first used by the Russians if I remember right since a dead soldier only takes one person off the battlefield. A wounded soldier takes off three. The wounded one plus two more to carry him back for aid.
