The Real Root of Atheists' Anti-Christmas Rage

Doug, Why do "christians" insist on forcing their beliefs on the entire world? This is just as valid a question as yours.

I think you have Christianity confused with Islam. You want to see forced religion just visit a muslim country. And everyone is an infidel, not just Christians and Jews. You say something bad about Mohammed and "off with your head"! Christians are downright tame and tolerant in comparison.

Give me an example that is rooted in today's reality, please.

Or are you confusing Atheism with Christianity? Because Atheists are at work as we speak, forcing their beliefs on the rest of us.

We would disagree that it is a "force". Part of the Christian faith is to love one another as He has loved us and part of doing that is to share our belief and try to save others. Please try to view our sharing as an attempt to share and save rather than 'force' and annoy.

yankette: Good morning. I agree with you. Keep sharing.

Where are Christians forcing their beliefs on anyone in America?

Give me one example of someone in America today who has been "forced" to convert to Christianity?

Or do you mean, why do Christians preach the Gospel to non believers?

If thats what you mean, the answer is, because they have been directed to by Jesus Christ himself, who commissioned believers to go out and preach the Gospel to every creature, this way everyone hears the message of salvation and redemption through Christ, and if they reject that message, that is their right and we are to respect their free will, but the Christian will have done his job in obedience to Christ.

Incidentally, please don't use the children of Christians as an example of forced conversion. Parents have every right to impart their values and their faith into their children, and when the child becomes an adult IN AMERICA, he or she is free to leave the faith or embrace it.

There is no forced conversions in America, that is a leftist fairly tell they tell one another as they constantly warn against the coming theocracy, while they ignore the Cultural Marxism that is all around them as their country slips into secular despotism.

That is a leftist "fairy tale" ....
Why do some atheists embarrass themselves year after year trying to eradicate Christmas from American culture? Why do they make themselves societal hemorrhoids during this hallowed season? Is it because they are crusaders for equality, secularism’s saviors and humanism’s heroes? I’m sure that’s what they tell themselves when they’re pouting on their couches all alone on Christmas Eve after every single one of their friends has dumped them for being a rabid jackass.

I believe, however—and I could be wrong—that the reason some rage against the machine is that they hate God and love their sin, and bringing up Jesus in...
