Twenty Things this Conservative Believes

#3: You were on the right track, then derailed. Your own logic dictates that science does not support either evolution or the big bang.. They are patently silly fantasies. #5: Requiring tax as a prerequisite is an unconstitutional poll tax. #13: As a lawyer, it's been my observation that an automatic right to attorney's fees will cause MORE frivolous lawsuits, not less, because when people know they have a right to attorney's fees, they feel more confident about suing, regardless of the merits of their case. #10 & #19: The problem is bigger than homo marriage and sex-changes; homosexuality itself is the hazard. It is morally reprehensible, inexcusable, and toxic to society. We need to revert back to the status of it being criminal.
What is it with the fixation that Obama campaigned flawlessly in 2008? He had a lot of things going for him purely fortuitously: no incumbent challenger; a bad economy to bash Bush over, with complete impunity; a wimp of a challenger; no record to have to run on, and as Biden said, he was the first clean, well-spoken black candidate (which presented self-righteous liberals and blacks a historic opportunity to vote for him to promote their own false post-racism). In other words, the real Obama has ALWAYS been a flop. The only difference now is that there's nothing artificially propping him up; we see him for the failed, unpatriotic, shallow, arrogant Marxist that he is.
Perfect example of why Bill Clinton (despite being a misguided and destructive liberal) had a better track record than Obama. Clinton has the political skill to know when to give credit where credit is due, and knows that half truths are more powerful than full lies. Obama, by contrast, employs a reckless strategy of simply opposing EVERYTHING about his opponents, whether there is a basis for opposition or not, and saying whatever stupid and irrational thing is necessary to take such a contrary stance. Apparently Clinton is trying to overstep Obama for his own good. Nice try Bill, but Barry's downward spiral is irreversible.
If anyone thinks Obama has any respect, the joke's on you. Every time he opens his mouth, on any occasion, on any subject, he manages to damage his credibility another notch. He's spiraling downward, and nothing can stop it.
Yep. Now let's just do what you say should be done. Stop writing columns on why the subject should be an issue, and start writing columns about the subject itself. Stop dancing around the issue, start doing something with it. Start attacking Obama for his relationship with Wright. Start now, please.
Wait a minute. If abortion is legal, then it doesn't matter what the reason is for any particular abortion. Gender selection is no more or less arbitrary or unjustifiable than any other reason for an abortion The problem is not why or how someone gets an abortion, but whether they get an abortion. The real issue here is that gender selection provides yet another example for us pro-lifers to highlight the fact that ALL abortions are, once again clearly seen to be, callous and capricious by nature.

This is wrong on so many levels. Selling, buying, or consuming whatever food you want is a fundamental right. Obesity is a fundamental right. Who does Bloomberg think he is? Since when does the government have any right to be so intrusive in our lives? These wackos are OUT OF CONTROL. It's TYRANNY.

The Great Obama Blunder

Wait a minute. Do your beliefs have to be based in religion to be protected? What if an atheist sincerely believed that abortive drugs were morally, logically, and/or scientifically objectionable, much as the Catholics do for religious reasons? Does the atheist have an argument to oppose a government mandate that the atheist business owner pay for such drugs for his employees? Since when is the federal government empowered to trample the conscience of ANYBODY without concern, whether that conscience is governed by religion or something else? What's at stake here is larger than freedom of religion. What's at stake here is just plain FREEDOM. The government's overreach is TYRANNY.

Welcome to the GOP, Artur Davis

Don't be in a hurry to welcome him. His evolution needs to be marked by a convincing cry of repentance for being so misguided as to be a Democrat in the first place. Anyone who is so slow to see the obvious is not yet ready.
