Wake up, America, Ginsburg hates you. Not only is she a menace, she's an IDIOT. She is the poster child for what is wrong with liberalism.

No she doesn't. She is incapable, like so many her generaton of feeling anythng but selfish desires, and motivation to justify same. She is the poster child for many women her generation who RESENTED getting pregnant and being unable (legally) to kill their chldren in the womb mostly in the name of convenience and fear of having to make unwanted sacrafices on behalf of another human being. After all, abortion (with very few exceptions) is about nothing but unadulterated selfishness and unwillingness to go through nine months of perhaps inconvenients. Heck using that logic, I want to play and not pay too, so when I go to vegas to win (the thill of victory so-to-speak) and lose instead, I should be able to DEMAND do-overs too.

Of all the sloppy and confused decisions rendered by the Supreme Court in recent years, few compare with CLS v. Martinez (2010). The decision was more than just poorly reasoned. It was also based upon willful blindness toward factual misrepresentations by the defendants in the case. Justice Ginsburg authored an opinion she knew she could arrive at only by pretending to believe facts she knew were not true.

Greg Lukianoff, president of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, or FIRE, offers a good critique of the decision in his new book, Unlearning Liberty. I write about it today...
