If anyine is confused by what is going on, the traditional and best method for fing the correct answer still serves -- follow the money. A large amount of money is spent to prolong the lives of the elderly.

Whne otherwise healthy young people are forced to pay much larger percentages of their income to pay for our new socialist utopia, they will get conservative religion fast. If Obama care comes to pass, then the young need to pay the same as everyone else for the new socialist equality.

When every dime of their take home pay over $1000 per month is taxed by health, social, and income taxes of well over fifty percent, they will understand that the system that Americans long enjoyed with incentive to get ethical, educated, trained, and qualified in order to enjoy economic prosperity was not so bad and repressive after all. Most of those people are long since deceased.

Americans tired of Bush's neo-con pro-globalist and open borders agenda.

Now Americans are growing weary of Obamama and the Democrat progressive socialist, globalist, open borders, environmentalist, peacenik, screwball, wingnut agenda. A year ago they were tired of Bush ignoring the will of the American people.

Most Americans recognize danger when they see it and they see it in the nut jobs currently in charge in Washington who wouldn't recognize constitutional government if it hit them in the face.

There are various forces at work here. Some are greedy for money, others covet power they can only get by displacing Americans. There is an idiotic ideology at work here that desires to redistribute American money and power both internationally and domestically out of American hands.

The balance of power has shifted now in favor of international socialists whose greatest desire is toreplace our historical meritocracy with their vision of low consumption, low empowerment equality of squalor.

The term liberal became not just unpopular with conservatives, but with the left that becomes less liberal the farther to the left it swings.

They chose the term progressive, but make no mistake. These are not the liberal and conservative progressives of a century ago who broke up monopolies and brought in such reforms as the recall, referendum, and initiative.

Today one must recognize that today's self-proclaimed progressives are either progressive socialists or progressive Marxists. The difference is that liberals believe in capitalism and progressives do not. Politicians such as Lieberman and McCain are liberals.

Teachers are also victims of the left disempowering them.
