You have hit the nail on the head, my friend. I talk to otherwise intelligent professional people (too many east coast liberals fleeing to California to escape, only to bring the Dem Urban Power structure with them) and when I mention the whole government pension/liberal power/La Raza activist structure to them, they look at me like owls and then go back to sticking their noses in their smart phones. I chalk a lot of this up the the collapse of our once great educational system and the fact that nearly 50% of LA residents are foreign born with no appreciation of the American culture. With the immigration/assimilation process in collapse also, this is predictable.

When you see headlines like this: San Bernardino, California, Weighs Chapter 9 Bankruptcy, you know 100% without a doubt the city is bankrupt, and the only question pertains to the filing.
