Largest deficit as a percentage of GDP, 1945. Taxes were raised and spending on American infrastructure was increased. How did the 50's tax and spend policies work out for the American working Class?
Your point was part of the dialog of the time.. Senator Davis of Kentucky 1862 - "Here there are a great many vagabond negroes in a state of slavery in this city. They are now idle and comparatively worthless; and whenever they are liberated they become greatly more so. A negro's idea of freedom is freedom from work. After they are liberated they become lazy, indolent, thievish vagabonds, Men may hug their delusions, but these are facts heretofore, and they will remain facts in the future. I know this just as well as I know that these gentlemen around me belong to the Caucasian race." source-http://www.joeryancivilwar.com/Sesquicentennial-Monthly-Articles/March-1862/What-Happened-In-March-1862.html

Ask most "educated" Americans why FDR had 7 Battleships in Pearl Harbor one week after notifying the Japanese that the US was going to block all oil resources into Japan. After the obligatory "HUH" there will be attacks on the questioner. Like........ let em roll serfs

FD Roosevelt was a banker. Issac Roosevelt started the Bank of New York in 1790. Warren Delano was involved with the opium empire in China. No communists in his lineage. Just bankers and profiteers.
Speaking of History, the overthrow of the Romanov family and the imposition of a new government was funded through the Bolsheviks Lenin and Trotsky. Their finances came from the US privately help money suppliers we call the FED. The industrialization of the country was also funded by the US taxpayers. Fred C. Koch built crude oil cracking plants in the USSR in the 20's and 30's with funds provided by the US taxpayer. Just a little History. I wonder what else we could learn if we had access to History and not just absurd mythology.
Pearl Harbor? Is that the one where all our naval resources were docked in a harbor one week after Roosevelt told the Japanese that they would not be getting anymore oil shipments?
Replace the term commie with the actual perpetrators of the demise of the working class. Use instead names like Morgan, Chase, Adelson, Rockefeller, Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, DuPont, Rothschild and the other Euro families of power.
did you mean democrates or Papist priests
The working class existed in a secure way while taxes were so much higher that it would scare you to think about now. Of course at that time we had a viable middle class, expanding infrastructure and our education system was the envy of the world. When you say welfare cows you do mean the Red States that get more from the fed than they put into it, right?
