Why on Earth would BHO feel bound by anything? Who will bind him? He could get a Federal judge to declare the Constitution unconstitutional, declare himself leader-for-life, and The View will just applaud away. You still don't get it. He is the power, he has the power, and he will use it until someone removes him. What's so hard about that to understand?

That certainly appears to be his attitude. Also, you are right about the View and the media in general.

Unfortunately, the 44th president is running an administration that too often seems to ignore the rule of law.

"We can't wait," Barack Obama took to saying after the Republicans captured a majority in the House and refused to pass laws he wanted. He would act to get what he wanted regardless of law.
