I recently flew out of Moscow on Aeroflot. The ticketing personnel ushered us to the front of the line, as we had a young child with us. Everyone at the airport was professional and polite. We were ushered to the head of the line for pre-boarding. On the plane, the attendants took care of us the entire flight, taking extra time with our child. The atmosphere on the flight was relaxed and friendly. Then we boarded a series of US domestic carriers. What a contrast. We were never ushered to the front of any lines, we were treated rudely by personnel in the airports and especially on the planes. Just a terrible experience.
