W/O Siobhan, Florida's Gov Crist would not have granted a full pardon - and an apology - to Richard Paey, the wheelchair-bound, chronic pain patient, who spent over 3 yrs in prison for "trafficking", even though no such evidence had been offered at his trial.

The Paey assets had not been seized, so his wife, Linda, was able to hire a lawyer and resist as the government tried 3 times over 10 years to convict Paey, and finally won. It is SOP... to delay, obstruct, deny..... and increase the charges, if possible.... to break the will of the subject(s)

Siobhan pulls for the innocent underdog. She did it for the Paeys and she's doing it now for the Schneiders. We should all pull for Siobhan.
