Why should this be any surprise or revelation. Obama has been usurping the Constitution since he took office. First it was healthcare (I don't remember one private citizen having any say over that one at all); then the "stimulus packages" which the populace had no say over; and now the supreme court dabbling with marriage. SINCE WHEN DOES THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAVE ANY SAY WHAT-SO-EVER ABOUT MARRIAGE?! As for the election process, that's as much the GOP's fault for not catching it as it is for the Dems working to get away with it. It was all over the news last October and November....but nothing came of it even though it was staring us all in the face.

President Obama signed an executive order on Thursday authorizing an election commission designed to find ways to make voting easier at the local and state level. If you recall, Obama addressed this issue during his State of the Union address saying he wants to “improve the voting experience” in this country. “When any American—no matter where they live or what their party—are denied that right because they can’t wait for five or six or seven hours just to cast their ballot, we are betraying our ideals.”
