If you have an emergency, don't go to the Emergency Room in the lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Illegal aliens fill every chair in the waiting room. An American citizen with an emergency may get inside the door, but must wait until the illegals in front of her/him are taken care of. The nurses in our hospitals are from Canada or Southeast Asia for the most part. Our doctors were trained in India or Mexico and speak with interesting dialects, much like computer help folks. As of this date we still have excellent private hospitals.
