He is not a District of Columbia resident, as he keeps claiming. The reason we're tired of him here is because he owns a home in Maryland, where he lives with his family, but has registered to vote in the District at an address where he does not live. I love how Mr. Jackson refers to "we" District of Columbia residents. In reality Mr. Jackson and his family live in Maryland. He only recently registered to vote in the District of Columbia, almost certainly fraudulently, so he can pretend to be one of our concerned residents.
