Actually, the Establishment Clause of the 1st Amendment specifically empowers any State to establish a State religion, and forbids Congress to make any law which would interfere with it. If America isn't a stupid country, it is certainly the most ignorant of its own history of any that ever existed. My recommendation is simply that any person objecting to any mention of God anywhere must be identified in press coverage, along with address and telephone number. In the America that the Founding Fathers founded, blasphemy was a common-law crime, punishable by death. Anybody have a clue as to what the FFs would do?

Many Jews-in-America do not support Israel. Others do. What they have in common doesn't involve Israel; almost none of them support America, qua America. CPUSA, NAACP, ACLU, NYC, George Soros, Chuck Shumer, Hollywood, the Frankfurt School, etc., etc., etc. All working every day in every way to destroy America as a white, Christian nation. And who's behind the replacement of B.C./A.D. with BCE/CE?
No need for him to repeat a threat that he offered in public. Any time this sumbitch is in the vicinity of the Gov's family, he should be shot to hell the minute he reaches for his pocket. That's legal. Your approach must be: give me a chance, any slip-up, the slightest possible opening, and you're dead. Wake up every morning thinking of ways, and go to sleep every night dreaming up possible schemes. These people have to go away.

The German economy was fine in 1933. In fact, Germany was one of the countries that never experienced the "Great Depression" (it mainlt effected the US, where FDR's policies extended it for years). The Germans were experiencing the Weimar Culture War against religion, traditional German culture, and human decency itself. Much like what the ACLU has in mind for the US. Seeing a chance to crush the alien evil, they voted for the party most likely to do so. Whatever the Nazis could have been foreseen to do, the Left could rationally be considered the greater danger, and have since proven to be. How many Nazis were infiltrated in the US Government? Government at every level was crawling with Communist spies, agents of influence, or fellow-
This guy's writing for a Law Review and he doesn't understand that a union is not only a group acting in restraint of trade but is a conspiracy to commit extortion. 100% illegal under the Common Law. Every union member is a criminal. Now their actions may have been rendered unpunishable, but as Joe Wambaugh said: "Getting rid of crime is easy, you just repeal criminal laws; but you don't get rid of evil that easily." Unions are intrinsically evil, and members are also. That's why peoples' professions of surprise at the latest (in an infinite line) of union violence and intimidation are so hilarious to those with 3-digit IQs. What a business owner ought to be free to do is to send his local union officers to sleep with Jimmie Hoffa.
Fat Boy was beyond writing anything after about 1980. He and Chris Dodd could make a waitress sandwich in La Brasserie, but Teddy couldn't have spelled 'waitress' until he'd gulped a fifth of hootch. Yep, that Kennedy Clan -- America's very own three-boat bog-trotters.

Hey, the mentally retarded are smart enough to get on busses and go to the polls en masse to vote Democrat; why can't they have sex?

Not unless they're being paid. And, actually, the 'Donkey Show' usually turns out to involve male and female humans -- stupid touristas.

Maybe not, but donkeys seem to have enough sense not to want sex with pathetic perverted humans, who ought to be working in a freak-show someplace.

I do not like anyone telling me what religion I cannot mention or display in public. At the same time, I don't like having sexual perverts parading down Main Street demonstrating their peculiar kinks. The Bestiality Boys are bad enough, but we know who's waiitng in the wings to join the freak-show parade -- pedophiles. Does the prosecutor now have to prove that the little boys objected to getting buggered before the pedophile can be convicted? You know the ACLU is briefing this right now.
