The candidate who gets the most votes in the Electoral College is President. Those are the rules, and have been for over 200 years. Notify everyone that any attempt to declare a candidate President who did not win the most votes in the EC will be considered insurrection and punished by hanging on the spot.

On top of the theoretical considerations, all recorded history, both here and elsewhere, has repeatedly shown that democracy quickly degenerates into tyranny, as most people don't value freedom. They are congenital slaves, and deserve no voice in any government.
