It is necessary to swear to uphold the constuitiion when they are sworn in. How can they possibily uphold it when they are ignorant of what it says and means. LIKE 75% OF THE EXISTING MEMBER NOW IN OFFICE? And as far as that goes it wouldn't be a bad idea to have those who vote to take a compentency test to show that they knew what the Presidental Canidate were about. I know some will call that unconstitutiional. But wait a will someone please tell ne where in the constitution does it give a citizen the right to vote for a Presidential canidate?

Boy Carol, You hit the nail on the head. It's to bad that others cant see through this obvious ploy to bulk up the vote from the minorities. It's a known fact that 90% of the Small Businesses do not want or for that matter need a loan. They are fearfull of the way that the Obama administratiion keeps subjecting them to new laws, for instance the egregiously flawed Obama Care and the countless new regulations attached to it.
