How about susan rice for secretary of state and collin powell for head of CIA. What other black ppl can be promoted to powerful positions here? I mean with all the rampant racism from white ppl they need to disproportionately fill any government job with black ppl right?

Hillary wants out, but who wants in? U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice is looking like she's about to land a chance to fill Hillary's shoes according to the Washington Post.

FLASHBACK: Rice went on five different Sunday shows five days after the 9/11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi and claimed the attack was a result of a spontaneous protest getting out of control. The problem? The administration knew the attack was a planned terrorist attack within five hours.
