Article 3 Section 3 of the Constitution says you can't punish the children of a person convicted of treason (other than executing the parent), so how can we make an exception for banning abortion in cases of rape an incest when we don't execute people for rape and incest?

The embryo is human. It's not a monkey or a frog. This human is in the embyronic stage of development, just as a 5 year old child is in a human stage of development.

Science tells us that a human embryo has all of the DNA, and DNA is what determines what the embryo is, as far as species.
