In response to:

To Win, Obama Sacrifices House, State Legislatures

Most conservatives were able to determine the character of this man from the start. Independents and the uninformed were hopefull of his message but did not know. The true believer liberals and the media were supportive him from the beginning and are continueing to support him. The reality is, he is only for himself. For him to either cooperate with a Republican, or to share the state with a Democrat is the same; an aboration. He is the one, the one that all should follow. Its unfortunate for the good Democrats that they never recognized this. He, will be the death of the democrat party.

No. The Democrat Party will be - is becoming - the death of the Republic.

I am convinced the tipping point has been reached. Right now the notion of "secession" is considered silly and wacko. I suppose there was a time when separation from Great Britain was as well.

At some point, lovers of liberty are going to have to take a stand, and it may mean parting ways with the clone of France that this nation is becoming.

You haven't been talking to our youngest have you? Under 18...they sound a whole lot like the greatest generation. Tehy are aware that divorce gave them broken families, that contraception gave them moms willing to be sex objects to 'catch' another guy OR that abortion decimated one THIRD of their population.

They call themselves survivors and chastity, charity and faith don't seem so ridiculous to them.

The Republicans should let him do as he wants for the next four years. Not vote against any nonsense he and the Dems come up with, not vote for it either but abstain. I am willing to bet that many Dems won't vote for much of Obama's agenda and the garbage they do vote for will come back to haunt them in the 2016 elections. As far as the pain heaped upon the people, they voted for this idiot or chose not to vote against him, they get what they deserve.

It will be blamed on Republicans no matter what happens, because Republicans are all rich and powerful, and they are actually in control of everything.

And this will be stated quite seriously every single day from MSNBC.

My sentiments exactly,Thasic. Give him all the rope he needs, and eventually, he will hang himself. America will have the high unemployment numbers two years from now, and Obama, will have no answer. Socialistic views are not the American way, and it will come back to haunt Obama, and the left leaning liberal Democrats. You eventually run out of FREE STUFF.

People don't realize that the Repubs helped elect OBAMA! by forcing him to keep the tax rates the same. Had they been raised, the economy would have really been in the dumper and he would have had to go farther than he did and pin a pedophile label on Romney to win. Also, all the OBAMA!care taxes start next year. Pretty smart of him to do that. Raising income taxes along w/ the OBAMA!care taxes spells doom for the economy. The question is, will people recognize the cause or only clamor for more fish?

ILLBAY-of course "It will be blamed on Republicans___". I can hear the bleeding hearts now "BUT WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN"? Well that should have been a consideration of great importance right from the start! Looks like a "done deal"?
Barack Obama attended more than 200 fundraisers for his presidential campaign, but he refrained from raising money for congressional Democrats.

That proved to be a wise move for him, as were his strategists' decisions to run heavy ad campaigns against Mitt Romney and to build an even more effective turnout machine in target states.

But it proved to be less than helpful to his party. Democrats did gain two Senate seats thanks to clueless Republican candidates and Republicans' failure to produce better turnout.

But Democrats got beaten badly in races for the U.S. House and state legislatures. That's clear when you compare the...
