If you go to any embassy in Europe, be it England, Germany France, Scandanavia, asia or South America; they are built like fortresses with the attendant security to defend it. Libya, in spite of requests for additional security, what security forces were there were withdrawn. Why? Because the bozo in charge did not want to have a large footprint. This, goes back to his anti-colonialist background. The deaths of these Americans are on the hands of this incompetent administration, and this airhead blames the outrage on Gov Romney????

This was a consulate, not an embassy. The American Embassy in Libya is safe.
