The legislators deliberately have been underfunding pensions for years as they played with the budget & it speaks more to a recent market crash we all enjoyed. All reinforcing the stupidity of market based retirement funding for SS & others. Plenty of private employees can get their unused sick days. Maybe if military could not retire at full pay after 20 years, maybe we would have less wars. What difference is it who collects the fee? Beside you all loving another inconvenience for unions.
