I just love the last line in this great article, but Israel would never go for it. Sports teams get hoodwinked all the time, but don't expect Israel to be that stupid. No country would be, except for us maybe.

Bill de Blasio is an idiot who couldn't have got in any of these schools, and he is beholden to the Teachers Union. They are the ones who put him in office. People like Bill de Blasio talk about solving problems of their own making. If we as country want equality, then we must get rid of the the ones who make things unequal, people just like Bill Bill de Blasio.

Is Thinking Obsolete?

Common sense thinking has been an endangered species for a long time now in this country. Nobody seems to think with any real analysis, they think these days with emotion, and that is dangerous to everyone in the country. Just one example should convince anyone who doubts this. Congresses rating approval is at an all time low, but everyone seems to think that their respective representatives are worthy of reelecting them, they just keep voting in the same people over and over again and expect things to change, when in fact, it is these same people who have created this mess in the first place. Thinking? I think not.

The Height of Utopianism

Give a politician an inch and they will take a mile. Whenever a politician gets elected, all of the sudden they automatically know what is in the best interest of the "people". Like somehow the transformation from being a part of the "people" into a politician makes them the smartest "people" on earth. They are no longer dummies, and part of the "people" What happened? What did they do to become so smart all of the sudden? How is it they automatically seem to know, and presume to tell us how to live our lives, and what is politically correct? "the people" own the waterfront and therefore should be "consulted." All of the sudden we are too be consulted for things that we have hired them to do? How is it, they will tell us that we can't have too much sugar in our soft drinks, and then turn around and say, "the people" own the waterfront and therefore should be "consulted." Typical politician, lies, and double talk seems to be their greatest strength.

The only intentions of today's public schools is to indoctrinate kids so they become good little liberals, and democrats in the future. Don't forget, these kids will be voting some day, and just who are they going to vote for? Democrats that's who. That is what they are taught. The intentions of teacher unions, are not to educate, buy to indoctrinate. And also to keep their jobs, and benefits. If most teachers were honest with themselves, they would stand up for the kids, and teach, and not preach.

I agree with you 100%, the problem is, there are more people who do not think like you and me, than do. So, for the foreseeable future we are stuck with a country of freeloaders. As long as the dummycrats keep promising things they could not possibly deliver, and most of the sheeple in the country keep believing in the lies., this is what we have to live with.

Liberals live in La la land, they are incapable of common sense thinking. There must be a deficiency in their brain that makes them believe in all these pie in the sky, mumbo jumbo, ideas. When was the last time a liberal won an argument with facts?. I can't think of one, can you? When they can't win with facts, they attack, that is all they know.

I'll say it once again, Mr. Sowell should run for president. This is the only man in the country. right now, that uses common sense, to make his argument. There is a serious lack of common sense with our current crop of so called leaders. It doesn't take a genius to know what is the best strategy to use to get out country back on its feet, only common sense, and Mr. Sowell has enough of it to get the job done.
