Steps for Naturalization; 1. Close the border to further illegal immingation. 2. Set a registration date and locations for illegal aliens already in the country to register for citizenship. Any illegal found in the country after the registration date who is not registered will be deported. 3. Those illegals who register will begin a naturalization process to become citizens. The naturalization process for these individuals will be more stringent than for legal aliens. Any illegal found guilty of certain categories of crimes during the naturalization process will be deported and will not be eligible for citizenship.
