The "Everybody has the right to own a home regardless of their ability to pay for it" policy was initiated by the Clinton Administration. It was continued through the Bush Administration and into the Obama Administration. IT IS THIS POLICY AND THIS POLICY ALONE THAT CAUSED THE ECONOMIC PROBLEMS THE WORLD IS DEALING WITH TODAY. It was started by Bill Clinton and his administration. The budget surplus during the Clinton years was the result of the tech bubble with "day traders" by the thousands paying capital gains taxes. It has been my opinion that Bill Clinton is the luckiest President in American history. The tech bubble burst, 911 hit and the housing market crash all happened after he left office. And, Monica has been forgotten.
