Mr. Hanson is right-on in his analysis. It is crucial that we elect people who are cognizent of the increasing threats in this world and who can develop rational procedures for handling them. "Talking nice" and demeaning our own country just doesn't cut it; it just empowers those who want to see us fail. When they don't know what to do (which is often), the lefties either (1) BLAME BUSH, or (2) PLAY THE RACE CARD. Neither is a viable policy.

I am unfortunately from Sestak's district in PA. He comes across as a caring, rational man which is very deceiving. He is one astute politician who not only is as left as Obama, but also can spin the truth like few others. He pontificates, prevaricates, and is frequently extremely misleading in his answers to policy questions. Conservatives who detested Specter and who are happy at HIS loss should be careful what they wish for. If elected as PA's senator, there's no question in my mind that Sestak will be on his way to a higher office -- perhaps as a replacement for...
