I've come to the conclusion that NO organization, school, business, etc. should EVER accept ANY money from the government. The LESS 'beholden' they are to government the better, especially THIS government! They give you money... they OWN you.

EXACTLY! And someone should offer that mother LEGAL HELP so she can challenge this judge, this ROGUE judge who is arrogantly 'making law', something judges have NO legal leeway to do. She should fight to the SUPREME COURT and let them put this 'judge' in his 'place'.

Considering how our country is falling into the abyss of the 'Nanny State' where our misguided government concludes only THEY can decide what is and isn't 'best' for children AND adults alike in America I'd say laws to ban 'spanking' AND most other forms of parental obligation and privilege (privileged by the fact of BEING the parent) will be mandated 'against the law'. We (citizens in general) have ABDICATED our rights, our GOD given CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS to the government. WE have allowed the 'Nanny State' to be born into the U.S. How? We didn't PAY ATTENTION. And sadly OUR parents didn't pay attention. Else wise we would not be facing the COMPLETELY insane amount of power (CORRUPT POWER) our government has given itself. I believe...

Robert, it was the distortion of Christianity that caused a myriad of crimes against humanity during the Crusades. It WASN’T Christianity but people who perverted what they thought the scripture said. I’d be the first to admit I’ve not read the Koran, only snippets here and there. But those snippets pretty much told the story. This is why separation of church and state is so important, to PREVENT a forced religion upon citizens. Christianity IS a religion (the only true one IMO of course). Islam (the type that radicals want to impose on us) is FAR more than a religion. It is an entire MINDSET and a form of government.
