Q 1- I don't think social security or medicare are constitutional. There are a lot of bills passed that are not constitutional. Many of the judges seated have decided that case law is preferred to constitutional law. That's one mistake which has brought this country to a precarious place. Still, millions benefit from both, and, in this economy it would be difficult to dismantle. So, for now, I believe it should be kept in place. For millions of babyboomers, there is little hope of benefiting from the system since it will become bankrupt by the time they are able to appreciate this system. Most have paid millions into S.S..
