Marco Rubio is NOT Constitutionally eligibile. His parents did not become American citizens until Marco was four years old. When are we going to stand firm on the Consitution? Overriding it, as many of our corrupt politicians wish to do is setting a precedent - soon there will be no amendments - Obama (unconstitutional president) wishes to ban second amendment (guns) - first amendment (free speech). We had better stand up for our freedoms and liberty now or a second term of a foreigner - Usurper, there will be no American as we once knew. Rubio and Jindal are great patriots but do not qualify under our Constitution.
