Nobody really cares about Thomas race anymore. Frankly, I think he was an affirmative action hire. If someone were white with that thin of a reusme, he never would have been nominated. He's a black "trophy" for the Right. He's been an okay justice -- good on affirmative action (he's against it), passable on civil liberties -- but he's nothing special.
