Obama Should Blame Himself, Not The Court

It makes absolutely no difference who supports it, it is Unconstitutional. Even if a "consensus" of social scientists say it is a settled matter, it is still wrong. That being said, something has to be done. This "discussion" will have to take the form of what constitutes basic care. Arguments such as how much care should be given an attempted suicide survivor is to be afforded, may be a place to start Why do prisoners get name brand drugs and military personnel get generic?

Can you give an example where licensing prevented fraud, malfeasance, or outright chicanery? Legitimate business will follow a code of ethics, usually of there own making, in a business plan. Scammers follow no rules. Furthermore can you name an agency that has successfully captured a scammer? The FDA for all its expertise, still allows drugs and medical devices on the market that cause problems. We still have e-coli and salmonella outbreaks. Not to mention the SEC investigating porn sites as opposed to Bernie. And where were they in the latest "MoaIPOs"? Can you name one terrorist detained by the TSA? "Licensed" electricians on LINY deliberately improperly installed Al wiring in the '80's burning homes.
Including giving Black Ministers "walking around" money. Works every time.
Where did you get that figure?

Show me the clause in the Civil Rights act or the US Constitution about marriage being a "right" This is what ya gotta do.....get 51 Senators and 218 Reps on board to pass a law. Or you can get 2/3 of the states (that's 34 for the "studies" majors) to pass "civil union" laws. I do feel for the majority of the monogamous gay and lesbian couples. A good way to get more people on board your cause would be to openly condemn NAMBLA and work towards its eradication. The other area is to get your "activists" to back off. I'm not the least bit interested in the "gay" agenda put forth by Hillary, Arne et al. In closing can you 'splain why/how being homosexual affects your speech, hand movements and gait?

Please don't forget the legislative mandates, e.g. wigs, rehabs, mandatory coverage for fully preventable diseases, cosmetic not reconstructive surgery. Let me contract with an insurance company for the coverage I want, and I will pay for it. I refuse to cover OP's lifestyles, You want to snow board, rock climb etc? you pay a surcharge. Bill the patient, not the insurance company, then I will know what I'm paying for. In addition, if you want to perform a procedure, I want a guarantee, just like when I get my car fixed. If it doesn't work, well then guess who doesn't get paid. Finally, the only people who should get "free" health coverage is the military. For all others, it should be fully taxable and paid for by the individual.

I just love when a Dem operative helpfully informs the opposition as to what they should do to make themselves more "electable" With all the "help and advice" offered by CNN, ABC NBC etc, I'm surprised the GOP has ever lost an election.

You overlook a few things: Lincoln was assassinated by a Democrat, Garfield and McKinley were also murdered by folks on the left, as were JFK and MLK. Hinckley is also on the left of the spectrum. Rep Giffords shooter was also of the "left"; KKK is purely a Democrat thing. Why would anyone in their right mind, associate with a club whose members include murderers. As for another interesting statement, I thought all people are supposed to vote for the "good of the country" as opposed personal embellishment.
