No I saw him get out of his car & run in the sand & fall down. He got up & ran into the bushes & looked like he was trying to make a call on his cell, but it didn't seem to work & he got frustrated & turned & started off again on foot. They ended the tape at athat point.

the perp ran into the desert, fell a couple of times ran further, turned his back to the helo, fumbled with something(probably his weapon) then put the firearm to his right temple & discharged it.

Shep then said cut the feed...cut it...cut it. FNC then went to commercial.
When FNC came back Shep took responsibility & apologized.

A clip from a recent Romney/Ryan rally has recently been played over and over at MSNBC highlighting what appears to be an embarrassing moment on the campaign trail for Governor Romney. Originally aired on Wednesday's "Morning Joe," the clip shows Paul Ryan introducing Romney as the MSNBC-added text appears on the screen proclaiming that the crowd is shouting "Ryan!" Romney gets the mic and asks the crowd to say "Romney/Ryan!" Joe Scarborough covers his face and grumbles out the words, "Sweet Jesus."
